JACKSONVILLE, NC – Sammy Pacitti lived up to his “Showtime” nickname on Saturday night.

Pacitti led wire-to-wire in the 40-lap, $600-to-win Bomber Bash to score his first feature win at Goodyear All American Speedway.  Pacitti, who won the Bomber division championship at Wake County Speedway in Raleigh, drove away from the field throughout the race, lapping up to the top-five before the checkered flag waved.

“I love it,” Pacitti said in victory lane.  “I’d like to thank all the fans who came out tonight and sticking out for this cold weather.  I’d like to thank my wife and sponsors.”

Immediately following the conclusion of the Bomber race, Pacitti went on to win in the Blackout Race which was held with the lights cut off around the facility.

Wayne Phillips finished second, and picked up a win earlier in the night along with Brian Gooden in the Relay Race.  Gooden also won in the Tire Stack race.

“I didn’t have enough for [Pacitti],” Phillips said after the Bomber feature.  “He knew I was there.  I gave it all I had.  Not much you can give unless you do a bunch of modifications.”

Joseph Bryant edged out Rob Baaske in the Mini Cup feature.

“That was some of the hardest racing I’ve had to do in my life to hold them off,” Bryant said.  “I heard they were coming down from Illinois and I knew they were going to be tough so I gave it everything I had and hoped for the best.  Thankfully, I got it.  Five more laps and he would have got me.”

Landon Strickland, in his debut, won the Jr. Mini Cup race over Anthony Ventresca.  Kristin Drum was victorious in Powder Puff competition, Josh Eubanks scored the victory in the Champ Kart race, and Andrew Jackson claimed the Reverse Race win.
