JACKSONVILLE, NC – New River All-American Speedway and Kris Hetu will be raising funds for the family of Rylee Wysinger at the Ronnie Hetu Memorial on Saturday, March 18.
Four-year-old Rylee Wysinger was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma of the neck on February 8. The tumor is blocking part of her airway so a trach was placed as well as a tube for feeds. Her family has relocated to San Diego while Rylee receives treatment and recovery.
All the proceeds from the Ronnie Hetu Memorial will go to Rylee’s family.
Rylee is related to racers Elizabeth and Andy Welch, who compete at Florence (SC) Motor Speedway and Dillon (SC) Motor Speedway. They will be on hand for the Ronnie Hetu Memorial race, which will go green at 7pm on March 18.
The family also has a GoFundMe set up for those who would like to make a donation and has “Rylee beats Rhabdo” t-shirts for sale as well.
