JACKSONVILLE, NC – The Swansboro Liquidations Bomber division has become a staple at New River All-American Speedway, often boasting the largest fields of predominantly local drivers.  In August, the Bombers will once again take center stage.

The Bomber feature will headline the Back to School Battle on Saturday, August 12, boasting a $1,200 payout to the winner of the race.  The $1,200-to-win race is the largest purse for the division in speedway history.

“The Swansboro Liquidation Bombers have been the heart and soul of this track in many ways,” New River All-American Speedway owner Anthony Goodyear said.  “This is truly a grassroots division and each of the competitors are locals who just want to come out and have a good time with friends and go racing, and we want to spotlight them as much as possible.”

The August 12 race will come just weeks after the rescheduled $520-to-win B-52 Bomber Car Battle, set for Saturday, July 8.

More details about the race will be announced in the coming days and weeks.
